About Us

Hi! We’re a couple of opinionated, dorky parents trying to live the American dream! With a lot of different interests between the two of us, we decided to share, share, share! David works as a computer-aided drafting and design engineer, and I’m a stay at home MOM to our beautiful and SO SO SO SMART 2-year-old little girl. We have one goal between us: to be and to do the absolute best for our growing progeny.

Individually, David and I have different tastes in all sorts of things. Here’s a little bit about us:

HI! (*wave*) I’m David. I am a veteran of the Air Force Security Forces (Military police). I’ve been working for a small civil engineering firm for 5 or so years now. My interests range from Sci-Fi anything (specifically Doctor Who and X-files) to hockey. My favorite team is the ever struggling Nashville Predators. I have a love of music, all kinds. And my biggest passion is my family. My daughter is the light of my life, and being her dad is the thing that gives me the most joy in the world.

 

 

Hey there! As a stay at home Mom, the best part of my day is my daughter’s infectious laughter. She IS my passion. All I ever wanted to be is a Mom, and I have to say that it is definitely a dream come true! I will no doubt write about her often. I also enjoy cooking and experimenting with new ideas in the kitchen. I am a chocoholic! I’m also a sucker for romance novels and PUGS.
